Pause Pausa is a resort in Chiang Mai that embodies the essence of peace and relaxation. Farg Design Studio was given the unique opportunity to design the brand from the ground up, starting with the name itself: Pause, symbolizing the idea of taking a break, and Pausa, which is its Italian counterpart, emphasizing the notion of slowing down time for rest.
The concept behind Pause Pausa was to capture the calm and serenity of the resort and convey it through a simple and elegant brand identity. The name itself speaks volumes—Pause represents taking a moment to step away from the hustle and bustle of daily life, while Pausa reinforces the idea of “stopping time” to truly unwind and enjoy the moment.
The logo design and visual elements were created to reflect this concept, with a focus on simplicity and natural beauty. The design uses soft, calming tones and smooth lines to evoke a sense of peacefulness, making it inviting and soothing to guests.
The Pause Pausa brand perfectly aligns with the resort’s mission to offer a restful escape from everyday stress, creating a space where time slows down, and guests can truly relax. The logo and visual identity capture the essence of the resort’s tranquil atmosphere, making it a memorable and fitting representation of what guests can expect during their stay.
